5781 Torah La'am and Family Calendar 2020-2021

This calendar includes many opportunities for all BAS families--reach out to BAS families to join you in these programs!

Please put events for your family in your calendar to save the dates.

TORAH LA'AM is our BAS K-12 Jewish education program.

Unless otherwise noted in this calendar:

  • Grades K-6 have class on Sundays from 9-11:30am.
  • Grades 3-6 also have class on Wednesdays from 4-6pm.
  • Grades 7-12 have class on Mondays.
  • 7th graders also participate in the Rabbi's Mitzvah class on Sundays as noted.

Grades K-2: Kitah Nitzanim
3rd grade: Kitah Gimmel
4th grade: Kitah Dallet
Grades 5&6: Kitah Nachshonim

Our team of educators has developed dynamic and meaningful ways to address families’ needs in our plan for the fall.
We are considering the health of students, their families, and our staff. Our plan incorporates a robust Jewish education, ways to build community, and new initiatives to enrich our program.

To address varying needs, we will be starting in September with online learning, as well as offering socially distanced in-person experiences.

We will continually assess when we can resume in-person classes based on health guidelines and the needs of our staff and families.
