5779 Torah La'am and Family Calendar 2018-2019

This calendar includes many opportunities for all BAS families--reach out to BAS families to join you in these programs!  

Please put events for your family in your calendar to save the dates.

TORAH LA'AM is our BAS K-12 Jewish education program. 
Unless otherwise noted in this calendar:

  • Grades K-6 have class on Sundays from 9-11:30am.
  • Grades 2-6 also have class on Wednesdays from 4-6pm.
  • Grades 7-12 have class on Mondays from 6-8pm.
  • 7th graders also participate in the Rabbi's Mitzvah class on Sundays as noted.

BAS Simchat Torah:

5:30pm Family program: Enjoy a festive family-friendly dinner and celebrate with the Torah! Kids (and adults) will be captivated as we unroll the Torah scroll and see its beauty up close. The Rabbi will lead us on a guided tour of the Torah.

7pm Simchat Torah Service--incredible experience for your whole family, children are surrounded by unrolled Torah, Israeli dancing

All BAS 7th-12th graders and their parents are invited to hear about the variety of opportunities for teens locally and globally, including leadership experiences, social action, summer programs, year-long music and writing groups.  Leaders from teen programs will be there to answer questions. Pizza dinner provided.  Click here for teen program info.
