__________________________________ David Arnow, a psychologist and member of BAS, is a scholar of the festival of Passover. He is the author of Creating Lively Passover Seders, coeditor of My People’s Passover Haggadah, and coauthor of Leadership in the Bible: A Practical Guide for Today.
Dr. David Aftergood is a board-certified psychiatrist who is in private practice in Westchester County. After completing his residency at Albert Einstein College of Medicine he served there as an Associate Clinical Professor of Psychiatry. He went on to study complementary approaches to psychiatric treatment including hypnotherapy, mind-body medicine, Buddhist psychology, kabbalistic philosophy, mindfulness meditation and EMDR. Dr. Aftergood has led meditation groups at Bet Am Shalom for many years.
