Dale Williams is the Executive Director of Midnight Run and the only full-time employee.  He is a 1982 graduate of the University of North Carolina (B.S. in Business Administration). After college, Dale had a period of drug use and was homeless from 1988 through 1990.  This experience led to his involvement with Midnight Run starting as a clothing sorter working his way up to a full-time administrator and finally, the Executive Director.
