The Invisibles is the story of four Jewish teenagers who audaciously seek to survive the Nazis by “hiding in plain sight” after Goebbels infamously declared Berlin “judenfrei” –“free of Jews–in 1943. Interweaving personal interviews, reenactments and archival footage, the film offers a dramatic window into what it took for four young people to elude the Gestapo and its accomplices – and who then live to tell about it.
