Money Greening Gabfest: Four Explorations of the Intersection of Money and Our Climate 

Industry has started to understand what scientists have long been saying, that carbon emissions pose a real threat.  As a consequence, the right to continue emitting CO2, in the form of carbon allowances, has become a hot commodity with its own market.

Marc Garfinkle, of Carbon Point Partners, wiIl explain how allowance trading works as a market and as a force for good.  The topic is related to cap-and-trade and carbon tax mechanisms.
