Gillian’s words: “I have always enjoyed baking but it was not until my 60’s that I learned how to make Hamantaschen from Miriam Aronin, daughter of BAS members Simon and Rosie Aronin. Since then, I’ve had plenty of practice making hamantaschen and teaching fellow congregants to make them  for our Mishloach project and Purim Activities.”
