Join our BAS community to help local immigrant families by preparing 100+ “Meals in a Jar” on MLK Day. Please donate barley, dried split peas, white rice or dried lentils to the bin in the BAS lobby by 1/15.Help assemble these jars at Bet Am Shalom. All ages welcome!!! Assemble jars, decorate bags, make rugelach, learn and sing together.Bagels and coffee served.RSVP appreciated but not necessary.This BAS Tikkun Olam initiative is inspired by UJA-Federation of Westchester’s volunteer efforts.For more information and to RSVP contact Laura Solomon.
