Pickling With Ira

Learn how to make garlic dill pickles the old-fashioned way with Ira Huttner. Ira will teach the basics of food science with a focus on food safety.
Please bring your own measuring spoons and cups to class. Bet Am will provide the rest including opportunities for tasting.

Space is limited to afford all pickle makers sufficient room in our kitchen. Email the BAS Office to register.
