“Profiles in Peace”: Book talk with Ron Kronish

A conversation with Rabbi Dr. Ron Kronish author of “Profiles in Peace, Voices of Peacebuilders in the midst of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict”
Joining Rabbi Kronish from Israel will be Rabbi Michael Melchior and Bishop Munib Younan. All will share their visions for peace and their activities to bring their ideals to fruition in the real world of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.
Taking its inspiration from JFK’s Profiles in Courage, this new groundbreaking book explores the work of Israeli Jews and Palestinian Arabs in Israel and Palestine who have dedicated their lives to building peaceful relations among the two peoples who seek to live in peace and harmony with one another.

Rabbi Dr. Ron Kronish has devoted more than 30 years of his professional life to being a peacebuilder in Israel. As a master educator, Kronish helps us understand the context for the current conflict, lifts up the stories of some of the most inspiring and audacious peace-builders on both side of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, and shares their wisdom for a path forward.
