Refu’at HaNefesh Zoom Discussion Group

A discussion hosted by our Refu’at HaNefesh (Healing of the Spirit) committee.Our chevra is dedicated to making sure that you are not alone with your thoughts and feelings. Whether something is keeping you up at night or you simply miss being together, we welcome you to join us as we connect members of our community.Refu’at HaNefesh launched its first zoom BAS community discussion group last month. Participants welcomed the opportunity to breach the void created by the pandemic, sharing thoughts and feelings with new friends.Due to the enthusiasm of the participants in the inaugural group, we are now offering new groups. Each will be size limited to foster open communication and will be led by a facilitator for 4 sessions with an option for continuing.
