Passover Craft Show: Seder Plate

Sunday morning, March 7, 2021, was the midpoint of the Bet Am Shalom Passover Craft Show. The morning’s events began with an introduction by congregant Ann Schaffer. Robert Kalman then mediated a discussion by Rabbi Les Bronstein, Rabbi Chaim Marder (Hebrew Institute of White Plains) and Rabbi Harry Pell (The Leffell School) about the Seder Plate, its history and meaning. Ann Schaffer then separately interviewed four artists who create Seder Plates: Frann Addison, Amalia Flaisher, Amy Gilron and Jennifer Wankoff. Seven artists then had open studios for zoom visits. The website, betamshalomcraftshow.org is open 24 hours each day for shopping and browsing. Come on by!
