Marisa Jackson has been an active member of Bet Am Shalom synagogue since 2003. She has three children. Marisa has a degree in Early Childhood Education from Tufts University and a Masters in Reading from the Bank Street College of Education. All of which helped inform her work as part of the Shorashim Chevra, School Board member and a School Board chair at Bet Am Shalom. Marisa has been a teacher of Kindergarten and First Grade in public school and at Bet Am Shalom. She is excited to share her joy of Jewish living with her Nitzanim (Grades K-2) students and their families.
