Shorashim Program

October 28, 2018 - 10:30am to 11:30am

BAS Member and Non-Member Families: please join us with your young children.

This month's theme is Noah's Ark.

We will be making pita bread and fruit loop rainbows and creating our own paper plate Noah’s ark with popsicle stick puppets.  We will even have a Noah’s Ark popup tent set up for children to explore. Inside children can relax with a stuffed animal (bring your favorite!) and a book about the Noah’s Ark story.

For circle time, join us as children use their ark art projects and stuffed animals to march their animals into the ark two-by-two. We will then enjoy Noah’s Ark sing-alongs with musical accompaniment.

Shorashim is a monthly Sunday morning program for children 0-5 and their parents. The program brings to life a different Jewish holiday or theme with age-appropriate cooking projects, arts & crafts, stories, songs and other activities.
