3rd graders will receive their own personalized siddur (prayer book) at this program. The students will be decorating their siddur covers in class, and on February 2, parents will write a note to their child in their child’s siddur. It can be a note to inspire your child’s Jewish living and learning, a note of I love you… Babysitting available. Contact Abby.On Shabbat morning, February 29, we have a great opportunity to celebrate Shabbat with our BAS community, while your children use their new siddurim. Families are invited to join the main service any time between 9:45-11am in the Sanctuary, then head to the Beit Midrash for our family service from 11-11:35am led by Cantor Benjie Schiller. At 11:35am we will join the main service to participate in a family-friendly Torah study led by Rabbi Bronstein, and all children are welcome to help lead Adon Olam and/or Motzi. Then we will enjoy Kiddush lunch with the BAS community.
