Shorashim, which means “roots” in Hebrew, is a FREE, monthly, Sunday morning program for young children, ages 0-5, and their parents, grandparents and caregivers. It is open to the whole community – members and non-members alike.

The program runs from 10:00-11:00 AM and brings to life a different Jewish holiday or theme each month through cooking, arts & crafts, stories, music, movement and other activities. It is not only an enriching early childhood program, but it is also an opportunity for parents, grandparents, and caregivers to enjoy spending quality time with their children in a Jewish setting and to meet other families with young children, as well.

We highly encourage advance registration for our Shorashim programs. You can find the registration links in the monthly calendar

Please email Director of Family Education & Engagement, Lisa Jacobs for more information and to be placed on our Shorashim mailing list so you can learn about upcoming programs.
