Tu B’Shevat Vine-cutting Event

Vine-cutting on the Bronx River Parkway in North White Plains, with Bob DelTorto of Bronx River Parkway Reservation, and our own Rabbi Michael Goldman, who will teach us why vine-cutting is important for the survival of trees, and how to be safe recognizing and managing dangerous, invasive plants. Wear gardening gloves, warm jackets, long pants and sturdy shoes. Adults, teens and older accompanied children are welcome! BRPR will supply loppers and clippers and Bet Am will supply hot chocolate, coffee and donuts. Sponsored by Bet Am Shalom’s Green Chevra Committee.
