26th Judaica Craft Show Grand Opening

On Sunday, October 18, 2020, Bet Am Shalom tweaked a tradition that has lasted for a quarter of a century by putting our annual Judaica Craft Show online! The pandemic has made the format of our usual Craft Show untenable, so a committee of dedicated volunteers, spearheaded by Liz Edersheim, created an online (virtual?) space for our Craft Show to exist. A website was created out of thin air and our pilot phase of the show was introduced on October 18th.

In this phase, six artists who have been long time and loyal participants in our show were asked to endure the travails of early participation. The Committee believes we have made it worth their while. Phase two will be the Chanukah Show, which you will have the chance to attend in 4 short weeks. At that time, you will get to meet additional artists. In case you missed the opening ceremonies and interviews with the artists, here are some screenshots from these events. On Sunday October 25th there were studio visits with the artists, and an opportunity to tune in!
