Pandemic Picture Project: Patty Wager
Patty Wager noticed a change to the sculpture she regularly passes on the corner of Main and Bank Streets in Downtown White Plains. The sculpture, First Case, is by J. Seward Johnson Jr. Patty has also shared with us a photo of her son-in-law and grandchild.
