Original Jewish Short Stories (I)+(III)
During the evening of May 27, 2021, Simon Aronin coordinated an a reading of original Jewish short stories written by members of the BAS Writers’ Chug. The writers and stories presented were: Leonard Eisenberg-“The Miracle Mets and the Days of Awe,” Marge Feder- “How I Got Married,” David Kasman- “A Tale for Our Time” and Dan Heyman-“Shabbos Dinner at the Finks.” During the evening of June 10, 2021, these writers read their original stories to an appreciative zoom audience: Cynthia Ehrenkrantz- “Baseball,” Sid Hecker- “Morris and the Eskimos,” Barbara Moss- “Discovering My Identity” and Anne Corey- “The Dress.”
