Sukkah Decorating
On Wednesday, September 27, 2023, which was a glorious day, with perfect weather, Gina Schwarz once again led the decorating of our Bet Am Shalom sukkah. Gina creates a work of art, meticulously planning, gathering supplies, and designing our incomparably beautiful sukkah. A team of volunteers started early in the morning, and on a rotating basis, stayed all day to create a lovely sukkah for all to enjoy (when not inundated with torrential rain). Lisa Goldberg, our Executive Director, came by with lunch, and our Rabbi brought words of encouragement.
