Tisha b’Av Morning Service: via ZOOM

Link onto Zoom to join our regular Thursday (weekday) morning service, with the addition of the Torah reading for the day.Note that Tallit and Tefillin are not worn in the morning.Our consummate Bible teacher, Roz Schulman, will devote her Sunday class on July 26 to the study of the Book of Lamentations. Join the class on Zoom from 10:00 AM – 11:30 AMTisha b’Av (“the ninth of the Hebrew month of Av”) commemorates the destruction of the two ancient Temples.  Over the millennia, it has become the Jewish people’s day of reflection on the meaning of our national existence, our collective responsibility to one another, and our need to rededicate ourselves to building a just and moral society.
